This series of uplifting and peaceful guided meditations are designed to help enhance your spiritual life and connect you with your True Nature.

The arrangement of the tracks follows the process I use when guiding individuals on retreat. It begins with practices devoted to letting go of anything extraneous to your essence, followed by ones that delve deeply into your True Nature and end with practices dedicated to returning to the world refreshed and renewed.

Suggested Use: It's best to listen to one track at a time so it can gestate within you for the rest of the day or throughout the night. You could also set aside a day or two for your own silent retreat and listen to each track in the order given, spaced throughout the day or days.
